This estate vineyard is planted on a east west axis to take advantage of our summers prevailing winds for cooling. Vines are planted on 4 foot spacing and rows are set at 8 foot spacing. The vineyard sits in the rolling hills of Creston about 13 miles east of Paso Robles. Grown here are Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cab Franc and Zinfandel.

The Von Dollen Vineyard is located east of San Miguel in the low rolling hills at an elevation of 1100 feet. This vineyard has 2 varietals planted, Cabernet Sauvignon (17 acres) and Merlot (16 acres) all on an east west axis for cooling and air flow in the vineyard. Farmed to a low yield of approximately 3 tons to the acre the fruit is intense, berries small and known for a high skin to juice ratio at crush.

The Pleasant Road Vineyard is located in the foothills east of San Miguel on an eastward facing slope. The vineyard was planted over a number of years and has the follow varietals: Sauvignon Blanc (19 acres) Cabernet Sauvignon (45 acres) and Merlot (12 acres) The older vines are all quaderlateral with the newer blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot on a 4 wire vertical trellis system.
